F.A.Q. and Payment Options

How Long will it take to have my hat or jewelry order completed and mailed to me?

A.  All custom-made hat and jewelry orders take two to three weeks depending on the number of items  ordered.  If an order requires more than two weeks, you will be notified via email or telephone if a phone number is provided.

Payment Options:

To place an order, you may take advantage of our convenient and secure Paypal shopping cart to process your VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER OR ELECTRONIC CHECK. Please note: You do not need a Paypal account to pay using your credit card. 

HOW TO SHOP:

As you shop online, when you see an item that you want to order, click on the picture for a detailed description and you will see the "add to shopping cart" button. Click on that button! Continue this process until you are ready to check out. Each time you add an item to your cart, you will be shown your cart contents, quantity, and price.

When you are finished shopping, hit the "check out" button at you cart and follow the steps to complete your purchase. The appropriate shipping charges andtax (if any) will automatically be added to your order for your convenience (see below for S/H chart). You will be prompted to log into your Paypal account or you will have the option of using your credit card for a one time payment if you do not have an account.

PAYING BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER:

If you would prefer to pay by check or money order/cashier's check, you may email Tasha at . Just let her know which piece(s) you have an interest in so that she can confirm availability and put your selected item(s) on hold for 7 days. You may mail payment (made out to Designs by Tasha) to the following address: Designs by Tasha, P.O. Box 487, Redan, GA 30074. (Please note: If mailing payment, please don't forget to add the S/H based on shipping chart below and applicable tax if you are an Georgia resident). Thank you!

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Please allow 5-10 business days for personal checks to clear the bank prior to shipping your order. Money order and Paypal payments will be shipped between 1-5 business days upon receipt of payment. Package will be sent via USPS First Class Mail (delivery time 3-5 days usually) or USPS First Class International for our non-U.S. customers.

Georgia Residents: Georgia resident must pay sales tax (7.0%) with payment. If paying Paypal, this will automatically be configured.

S/H Costs:

up to $50.00, S/H is $6.00

$50.01 - $100.00, S/H is $11.00

$100.01 - $199.00, S/H is $15.00

$200.00 plus, S/H, FREE SHIPPING ON US!

International USPS Shipping Costs:

Please email us at  for an international shiping rate quote as the rates vary from region to region.

GIFT GIVING:

Your hat or jewelry can be mailed as a gift to someone else. If the order is a hat, it will be gift-wrapped in African-inspired tissue paper and enclosed in a gift box and addressed to whom ever you wish, however, please note that there is an additional $8.00 fee in addition to the S/H fee for this process.

If your order is jewelry, the item will be placed in an iridescent organza pouch and place in a box and sent in a wwll-padded envelope. If this is a gift please let us know and we will be sure to remove the price and invoice.

WHOLESALE SERVICE:  We do not offer wholesale service at this time.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Original Designs by Tasha products are designed in limited quantities and are not mass produced. Should an item in your shopping cart no longer be available because someone beat you to it, we will notify you via email or telephone (if we have a phone number for you). In an effort to prevent this from happening, we will update the site as often as possible with any sold Designs by Tasha!

Our photographs are not enhanced and what you see is the actual product that you would receive. *Please note thataht unless otherwise noted, the gemstones used in my jewelry are of the earth and therefore may have slight inclusions and variances. It is the natural characteristics that add to the beauty and uniqueness of my creations!
